By using FerryWatch you agree to these terms.
What the app does
FerryWatch checks Washington State Ferries' public reservation pages for the sailings you choose and sends you a notification when vehicle reservation space appears. It is an alerting tool only.
What the app does not do
FerryWatch never makes a reservation for you. Booking always happens on WSF's own website, by you. We do not hold, reserve, or transfer ferry space, and we have no relationship with WSF's reservation system beyond reading the same public pages you can.
No guarantee
Reservation space is scarce and can disappear within minutes of appearing. We cannot promise that an alert will arrive, that it will arrive in time, or that space will still be there when you act on it. Alerts depend on WSF's website, your network, and Apple's or Google's notification services — none of which we control. Do not rely on FerryWatch as your only plan for catching a ferry.
Subscriptions
FerryWatch is free to use for one watch on one sailing. FerryWatch Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes those limits. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's account settings after purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to use FerryWatch to automate reservations, resell access, or place unreasonable load on WSF's systems.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We may change or discontinue it. If WSF changes their website in a way that breaks availability checks, alerts may stop until the app is updated.
